FOOD THERAPY WITH BUNORO
HOW TO MAKE BHAJIA
This is a coastal dish that many people confuse with viazi karai..They are both snacks and can be served at any time of the day with breakfast,lunch and dinner depending on your preference...You can also make it at the comfort of your home.
Ingredients
2 cups of gram flour
1 tablespoonful of baking powder
2 medium sized onions
1 teaspoon of salt
1 bunch of dhania (corriander leaves)
Steps
1. cut the onions and dhania and put them in a bowl.
2.Add the tablespoon of baking powder and mix together.
3.Add the gram flour and salt and mix.
4.Add one cup of water and mix until the mixture is consistent.. It should not be very thick.
5.Pour some oil and let it heat .
6. Use a tablespoon to fetch some of the batter mix of the bhajia and pour it on the pan when the oil is hot.
7. Fry until golden brown.
8. Serve hot with tea, milk, juice or any preferred drink.
