FOOD THERAPY WITH BUNORO
HOW TO PREPARE BEANS IN COCONUT SAUCE
Coastal dishes is one of my favorite meals to prepare.....You can try it out at the comfort of your house.
This recipe serves 5-10 people.
Ingredients
Pre-boiled beans
2 medium- sized onions
3 tomatoes
2 green capsicum
2 medium sized carrots
4 cloves of garlic
A piece of ginger
1 coriander (dhania)
salt to taste
Coconut milk or cream
Steps
1. Cut the vegetables.
2. In a mortar and Pestle, crush the garlic and ginger.
3. Fry the onions until golden brown.
4. Add the tomatoes and stir.
5. Add the capsicum and carrots and stir.
6. Add water ,stir and cover to cook.
7. Add salt and stir.
8. Add the coconut milk and stir
9. Cover to cook.
10. Add the beans and cover to cook.
11. Add some water and stir.
12. Add the dhania and stir.
13. Serve hot.
