FOOD THERAPY WITH BUNORO
HOW TO PREPARE PUMPKIN SOUP
I enjoy pumpkin in chapatis but i didn't know it would have tasted better in soup... You too can make at the comfort of your home.
Ingredients
1 pumpkin
2 medium sized onions
Salt
1 teaspoon of blackpepper
3 potatoes
3 cloves of garlic
Steps.
1. Skin the pumpkin and cut it into pieces.
2. Cut the potatoes too in pieces.
3. In a sufuria fry the onions till golden brown.
4. Add the garlic and salt or cube and stir.
5. Add the pumpkin and potatoes.
6. Add water and bring it to boil.
7. After 10 mins check if the pumpkin are cooked.
8. In a blender blend the pumpkin puree until it becomes smooth.
9. Bring back the soup to boil..
10. Add blackpepper and stir.
11. Serve hot.
