FOOD THERAPY WITH BUNORO
Fish is one of the favorite meals in my household.. Either stewed or fried fish they enjoy it.. You to can try it at the comfort of your house and make it your favorite.
Ingredients.
2 large fried fish
2 tablespoons of fish curry
2 medium sized onions
2 tomatoes
1 tablespoon of royco
1 bunch of dhania
3 cloves of garlic.
Steps
1. Divide each fish into 3 parts.
2. Cut the vegetables, blend the tomatoes and grate the garlic.
3. In a large pot fry the onions till golden brown.
4. Add the grated garlic and stir till golden brown.
5. Add the blended tomatoes and cover.
6. Add the fish curry and stir.
8 . Add the royco and stir.
9. Add the fish one by one and cover for 5 mins.
10. Put in a hotpot or serve hot..
11. Sprinkle the chopped dhania for garnishing (presentation).
12.Serve with your preferred accompaniment either ugali or rice.
