HOW TO PREPARE GRILLED PORK.
My family & I love "nyama choma'' and to be specific pork. Since the nyama choma joints are closed now, we have to be creative and make food at our house.. i tried it and it came out delicious..,You can also try at the comfort of your home!!!!
Ingredients
2 kilograms of Pork chops
3 cloves of garlic
A portion of ginger.
Salt
Steps
1. Using a mortar and a pestle, ground the garlic and ginger separately.
2. Add the grounded garlic and ginger and mix it in with the pork chops in a large bowl.
3. Cover the pork chops and allow the marination to soften the meat for 30 mins
4. In a frying pan, shallow fry the pork chops with little oil.

Arrange the pork chops on the grill and grill the pork in the preheated oven of 220C and cook for 1 hour.
5. Serve hot.
