Chicken happens to be my favorite meal how about you????.. You can try out this recipe... You can also make it at the comfort of your home.
Ingredients
1 full chicken (broiler)
2 medium sized onions
2 tablespoons of oil
1 tablespoon of salt
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
5 cloves of garlic
A piece of ginger
Steps
1. Cut the chicken into pieces.
2. Remove the chicken skin.
3. Grind the garlic, ginger
4. Add garlic, ginger, salt and marinate the chicken.
5. Let the chicken set for atleast 1 hour.
6. After 1 hour bring to boil... Dont add water..
7. Let it cook until its ready.
8. Fry the onions until golden brown.
9. Add some garlic and 1 cube and stir.
10.Add the chicken and stir.
11. Add the soy sauce and stir..
12. Serve hot with your preferred accompaniment either potato wedges, roast potatoes or some ugali.
