HOW TO PREPARE BANANA OAT PANCAKES
Ingredients
1 cup of all purpose flour
1 cup of oats
2 tablespoons of sugar
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of melted butter
2 cups of warm milk
2 bananas
2 eggs
Steps
1. Blend the oats to have a fine flour.
2. In a large bowl pour one cup of flour and mix with the oats.
3. Add the sugar and salt and mix
4. In another bowl mash the bananas to form a paste.
5. Break the two eggs and mix well.
6. Add the warm milk and melted butter and mix.
The thickness of your batter depends on your liking... I love mine when its not thick.
8. In a pan heat under medium-low heat.
9. Pour the batter and form a circular motion.
10. Cook until golden brown and turn the pancake on the other side to cook.
11. Serve with your preferred accompaniment.
