HOW TO MAKE KACHUMBARI
This is my go- to vegetable and its an easy one to make. You too can make it at the comfort of your home.
Ingredients
3 medium sized Onions
9/10 tomatoes
Vinegar
Salt
Steps
1. Cut the onions into half.
2. Cut them into slices.
3. Soak the onions with salt and vinegar.
4. Cut the tomatoes into half.
5. Cut them into slices.
6. Drain the onions from the salt and vinegar.
7. Mix together the tomatoes and onions.
8. Add two drops of vinegar and pinch of salt.
9. Refrigerate for a while.. (optional)
10. Serve with preferred accompaniment.
