HOW TO PREPARE CHICKEN WINGS

It took me a while to gass up myself to cook chicken wings..but now i'm really enjoying making them as they are fast and easy to make..
My brothers cant get enough of the chicken wings and they prefer having the chicken wings more often... You too can make it at the comfort of your home.. 

This recipe feeds 5-10 people.

Ingredients. 
1 kg of chicken wings
2 tablespoons of black pepper
2 tablespoons of paprika
2 tablespoons of garam masala
1 tablespoon of salt
I tablespoon of oil. 
A piece of ginger.. 
1 large onion 
5 tablespoons of ketchup or tomato sauce
1 tablespoon of soy sauce. 
3 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 bunch of dhania
If you don't like spices.. You can also do your chicken wings without the spices and replace them with ginger and garlic to add flavour to the wings.. 

Steps.
a) Marinating the wings
1. Cut the chicken wing into three portions. 
2. In a mortar and pestle, grind the ginger finely. 

3. Add black pepper, paprika, garam masala and salt.

4. Mix to give the wings a coat.
5. Sprinkle the oil and mix again. 
6. Marinate them from 1-24 hours. Preferably put them in the fridge for atleast 30 mins.

b) Frying or baking of the wings. 
You can opt either to shallow fry the wings or bake them. 
Baking option
1. Preheat the oven at 200C for 10 mins
2. Apply some oil on the baking tin if you are using one preferably use the grill 
3. Arrange the wings in one direction on the baking tin or grill. 
4. Bake the wings for 20 mins. 
5. After 20 mins turn the chicken wings to face the other direction 
6. Bake for another 20 mins. 
Frying option
1. Using a pan pour some oil on the pan and let it heat. 
2. When the oil is hot shallow fry your wings till golden brown. 
3. Place the wings on a strainer to remove excess oil. 

Making of the sauce. 
1. In a mortar and pestle grind 3 cloves of garlic. 
2. Cut the onions and dhania 
3. In a sufuria fry the onions and the garlic till golden brown. 
4. Add the ketchup or tomato sauce,soy sauce and vinegar and stir. 
5. Add in the chicken wings and the cut dhania.. 
6. Stir until all the chicken wings are coated. 
7. Serve hot with your preferred meal.. 
Either potato wedges, roast potatoes or noodles.

You too can make it at the comfort of your home.  Ingredients  3 medium sized Onions  9/10 tomatoes Vinegar  Salt  Steps  1. Cut the onions into half. 2. Cut them into slices. 3. Soak the onions with salt and vinegar. 4. Cut the tomatoes into half.  5. Cut them into slices.  6. Drain the onions from the salt and vinegar. 7. Mix together the tomatoes and onions.  8. Add two drops of vinegar and pinch of salt.  9. Refrigerate for a while.. (optional) 10. Serve with preferred accompaniment. 

BHAJIA

Ingredients 2 cups of gram flour 1 tablespoonful of baking powder 2 medium sized onions 1 teaspoon of salt 1 bunch of dhania (corriander leaves) Steps 1. cut the onions and dhania and put them in a bowl. 2.Add the tablespoon of baking powder and mix together. 3.Add the gram flour and salt and mix. 4.Add one cup of water and mix until the mixture is consistent.. It should not be very thick. 5.Pour some oil and let it heat . 6. Use a tablespoon to fetch some of the batter mix of the bhajia and pour it on the pan when the oil is hot. 7.
