Since the nyama choma joints are closed now, we have to be creative and make food at our house.. i tried it and it came out delicious..,You can also try at the comfort of your home!!!! Ingredients 2 kilograms of Pork chops 3 cloves of garlic A portion of ginger. Salt Steps 1. Using a mortar and a pestle, ground the garlic and ginger separately. 2.  Add the grounded garlic and ginger and mix it in with the pork chops in a large bowl. 3. Cover the pork chops and allow the marination to soften the meat for 30 mins 4. In a frying pan, shallow fry the pork chops with little oil. or  Arrange the pork chops on the grill and grill the pork in the preheated oven of 220C and cook for 1 hour. 5. Serve hot. Ingredients 2 kgs of beef 2 medium -sized onions 2 medium-sized green capsicum (hoho) 1 whole garlic 1/2 piece of ginger 1 tablespoon of Royco powder 1 bunch of corriander (dhania) 1 tablespoon of garam masala (optional) Steps 1. I wanted to make some special rice that will be appetizing and eye-catching. I have done this recipe for a long while and it has worked well.. You too can also try it at the comfort of your home. INGREDIENTS. 2 medium-sized onions 2 medium red capsicum 2 medium green capsicum 2 medium yellow capsicum 2 tablespoonful of dark soy sauce (optional) Cooked rice or leftover rice (I cooked 4 cups of rice) Steps 1.
